Create a 2015 Marketing Calendar
Happy holidays! If you are in the Ecommerce business, you might need to catch your breath after the holiday rush. For those of you who have the energy, we recommend using the pre-New Year period to create a marketing calendar for 2015. This is a great opportunity to focus on your own marketing strategies and plan how you will allocate your resources in the coming year. Some of the events you might want to schedule on your calendar include:
email blasts and newsletters
holiday-specific sales or promotions
larger rebranding or major business initiatives
If this is a calendar that you would like to share with multiple staff members or business partners, we suggest creating a Google Calendar. Google Calendar is free with a standard Google Account. It is accessible on your mobile devices and can be set up to notify you of coming events by email or through a pop-up window. To learn more about Google Calendar, you can visit Google’s support page.
We wish you the best for the holiday season. We will not be sending out a Marketing Bite next week as we will be taking a break, but we look forward to sending you weekly actionable marketing tips throughout 2015!
