The Latest: Interact on Facebook with your Business Name, Instead of your Personal Name
It seems like every week Facebook rolls out some new feature, throwing a good learning curve to the masses. One relatively recent and especially significant change was the ability to "Use Facebook as a Page". In using this feature you take on the identity of your business (Page mode), and thus are no longer acting as yourself (Profile mode). This means that any action you take on Facebook will appear to have been done by your business page itself.
To switch between Profile mode and Page mode, go to your home page and click the link on the right that says "Use Facebook as [Your Page Name]," and then switch back by clicking "Use Facebook as [Your Name]." Or you can use the navigation at the top by clicking on "Account," then "Use Facebook as Page," Here you will also find the link to switch back.
Make sure you are taking full advantage of this feature. For example, Next time a fan posts a message to the wall of your business page, or comments on one of your business page's posts, use Facebook as your page to comment back.
