Greetings from HEROweb Central!
This was a banner week in the HEROweb universe as we upgraded to a new server architecture. Moving 400-plus websites is an intense undertaking. Considering Murphy's Law and the scores of small details that go into making websites run smoothly, we feel good about the way the transition has gone so far. Please read on for more details about the server move and how you can participate in evaluating your website.
One fact that became apparent to us as we were notifying customers last week is that not all of our customers were on our SiteBeat and Marketing Bites email lists. We have brought our databases up-to-date and look forward to sharing our communications with you in the months ahead.
1. To upgrade to the latest version of the Red Hat Linux operating system. This is a necessity to integrate some key security enhancements.
2. To improve the speed and expandability of our hardware.
3. To pave the way for further expansion of the MightyMerchant software.
After the move, you should not notice anything different about your site. But as we have found out in the past few days, with subtle differences in the newer versions of some of the underlying server software, we have experiences a range of small issues that we have been addressing.
Now that we have completed the main phase of the server upgrade, we want to remind you to follow the review steps for your site. One of our recent HEROweb articles entitled "Do Regular Site Reviews For An Air-Tight Site" gives a good overview of what you should be looking for.

Server Upgrade - Your Next Steps
As we know you all are aware, we have recently completed our server move. We did this server move for three reasons:1.
